4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only as described below.
Service providers. We use trusted vendors that process information on our behalf and under our instructions, such as: – website hosting and maintenance providers [CONFIRM: hosting provider]; – payment processing (Helcim); – email delivery and email marketing platforms [CONFIRM: platform used for the free-training opt-in]; – website analytics (for example, Google Analytics) [CONFIRM]; – online meeting or forum tools used for coaching sessions [CONFIRM: tool]; – secure document storage and file-sharing tools [CONFIRM: tool]; and – IT, security and backup providers.

People you direct us to. If you ask us to communicate with a collector, creditor, attorney, accountant or other person on your behalf, we will share the information needed to do so.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process; to protect the rights, property or safety of you, us or others; or to investigate fraud or security issues.
Business transfers. If FCGI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy that is at least as protective.
With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your permission.
Aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, may be used and shared for any lawful purpose.
5. Email, phone and text communications

You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or ask us to stop calling. Message and data rates may apply. [CONFIRM: whether texts or automated calls are used at all; delete this paragraph’s text references if not]
6. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the effectiveness of our content.
Types of cookies we use: – Essential cookies needed for the Site to function and stay secure. – Analytics cookies, such as those set by Google Analytics, that help us understand traffic and page performance. Google’s use of this data is governed by its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. – Advertising or remarketing cookies. [CONFIRM: If the Site uses the Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing or similar tools, list them here and explain how to opt out. If not, state: “We do not currently use advertising or remarketing cookies on the Site.”]
Your choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where required by applicable law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently respond to them differently, except as required by law.
7. How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. These include, for example, encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site, access limited to personnel who need the information to do their jobs, and the use of reputable service providers for payments and data storage. [CONFIRM: Massachusetts law (201 CMR 17.00) requires businesses that hold personal information of Massachusetts residents to maintain a written information security program. Confirm FCGI has one before publishing any statement referring to it.]
No website, email system or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information at your own risk. Please avoid sending full Social Security numbers or full account numbers by ordinary email. If you need to send sensitive documents, ask us for a secure upload option.
If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including: – Inquiries and training sign-ups: for as long as you remain on our list or until you ask us to delete your information, plus a reasonable period to honor opt-outs. – Client engagement files: for the duration of the engagement and for a period afterward to meet legal, tax, accounting and professional record-keeping requirements and to resolve any disputes [CONFIRM: retention period, e.g., seven years]. – Payment records: as required by tax and accounting rules.
